College education in India gives no scope for creativity for Indian youth. Colleges have a set and inflexible pattern regarding the various courses.People like Michael Porter in management study and make others study without a choice with their lanky theories.

Lately, I have been dreaming about opening my own collegeand would name it institute of creativity(IC). Then I would ask the students what they would like to study. There would be no barriers of Age, Gender, Caste, Religion(Specially No RESERVATIONS) because there would be room for everyone,

There would only be an open enviornment so that creativity can flourish.Students will be there own faculty.Those students who are accustomed to a subject would teach that subject to those who want to learn that subject.
